Jules + Gem candles are hand poured in Honolulu, Hawai‘i with the soy container wax, which is simply a vegan blend of natural soy and coconut. This wax is gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and derived from renewable sources. The entire blend utilizes only FDA-approved waxes.
Contains: Natural Soy Wax, Phthalate-Free Fragrance Oil, Wood or Cotton Wick.
Burn time: 8 hours; do not burn for more than four hours at a time.

If in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to initiate a return, all claims must be made with in 14 days of purchase. We ask that you please email us at saltandseakauai@gmail.com to ensure that your items are eligible for return prior to shipment. We will respond with a follow up email notifying you if your return was accepted and further mailing instructions.
All eligible returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the return amount.
EXCHANGES
All item exchanges will need to be reordered. You will need to purchase the correct item(s) and we will refund the original purchase amount minus the restocking fee, when we receive the returned items. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES
For any returns regarding damages, claim must be made with in 14 days of purchase to be eligible, regardless of damage. Please email us at saltandseakauai@gmail.com with photos of damage as well as your order number to begin the return process.
